PAPILLON MKDS 30 and PAPILLON MKDS 40
Mobile Booking and Express ID Check Stations

PAPILLON MKDS 30 and PAPILLON MKDS 40 are designed as points of capture solution for all information (see PAPILLON LIVE SCANNER) during the process of booking subjects under any environmental conditions and for real-time identification.

PAPILLON MKDS 30 and PAPILLON MKDS 40 are totally mobile and stand-alone stations, which is ensured by incorporating all components in rugged and shockproof cases-containers easy to transport, by using laptop computers (notebooks) and cellular communications enabling connectivity for automated fingerprint identification searches (AFIS).

PAPILLON MKDS 30 (PAPILLON MKDS 40) Configuration:

  • Notebook, recharger, accumulator package, USB flash drive, DVD-RW
  • Cart voltage converter, surge filter
  • PAPILLON DS-30 fingerprint scanner (PAPILLON DS-40 fingerprint and palmprint scanner)
  • Digital camera, recharger, tripod
  • GSM modem
  • Jet printer (A4 size)
  • Two shockproof cases with mounting accessories inside
  • PAPILLON FILTER software
  • PAPILLON LIVE SCANNER software
  • Linux OS or Windows OS

All components of PAPILLON MKDS 40 and PAPILLON MKDS 30 are incorporated in two ruggedized transportable case-containers. With one of these cases, containing a notebook, a fingerprint scanner and a camera, you can quickly and accurately create high quality electronic tenprint cards and verify the identity of subjects in the field. With facilities from another, smaller, container, you can print out any information.
Both of the workstations are adapted for efficient operation in any vehicle – they can be powered by car accumulators through voltage converters or by the car on-board power system. If no external power source available, the equipment can operate being energized from the batteries.
No fingerprint knowledge is needed to operate the MKDS stations.
