System Interface
Autodetection of a finger/palm on the capture platen
The system automatically detects the presence of a finger(s)/palm on the scanner platen. No command, keystroke or pedal control is required to launch the scanning process.
Real-time image preview
Live video of the scanned finger allows the user to watch the process step by step and to place and support the fingers correctly.
Built-in quality control
The system checks the quality of fingerprint and palmprint images ensuring that all important details are captured before submission, and notifying the operator on the results of quality checks.
Automatic slap-to-roll comparisons
Correct sequencing software matches rolls to slaps ensuring that each finger is in its correct location, and alerts the operator in case of error. It also informs the operator if rolls and slaps belong to different individuals.
Automatic changeover to the next finger
In case of acceptable image quality, the system automatically proceeds to scan the next object.
Autonomous scanner control
Built-in keypad on the scanner top makes it easy to guide the scanning process.
4+4+2 Mode
A full-information tenprint card can be created by extracting single fingerprint images from plain impressions in 4+4+2 mode, as is the convention for biometric passport projects in many countries.
